Carrafina utilizes UPS Ground Services as the main shipping carrier. Customers may request, at their own expense, to upgrade shipping to Next Day Air, Next Day Air Saver, Second Day Air, Second Day Air Saver or Three Day Select, as available in the Retailerâ€™s area. Customer will be billed shipping and handling on every order. Please contact Carrafina for information about international and outside the contiguous US for shipping and pricing information. Refused packages will incur a $35 re-shipping fee each time refused, plus shipping charges for original and re-shipment each time. Retailerâ€™s terms will be changed to pre-pay after 3 refusals consecutively. If merchandise is running more than 3 weeks late from the factory, Carrafina will pay to upgrade shipping to 2nd Day Air.
International Shipping is available direct from the US or China, as determined best by Carrafina. For gowns sent to the UK or Canada, the cost per dress to ship is $60, shipping only. Receiver is responsible for any duties and tariffs incurred.
Cancellation of Orders
Orders may be cancelled by the retailer within 24 hours only, in writing via fax only (no email or phone cancellations accepted). Carrafina will confirm cancellation back in writing, and retailer must have this confirmed cancellation for order to be considered cancelled. If retailer does not receive cancellation confirmation from Carrafina within 24 hours of retailer cancellation, the order has not been, and will not be, cancelled. Merchandise is made to order and considered final sale.
The retailer must examine the merchandise upon receipt. No returns may be made without prior authorization. The retailer has 10 days from the date of invoice to notify Carrafina of any claim for damages, such as: the condition, grade, color, size measurements, defects or quality of the merchandise. Returns are only available on damaged items with approval by Carrafina, at which point the retailer will receive a Return Authorization number and a UPS call tag. Merchandise must be returned to Carrafina in exactly the same packaging that it arrived at the retail store in, or a $25 charge will apply and be collected upon immediately.
Once the item has been received back by Carrafina, Carrafina will assess the damage or quality issue and determine approval or disapproval of item. Retailer agrees to pay for shipping both ways, should item not be deemed damaged by Carrafina.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column_inner][/vc_row_inner][/vc_column][/vc_row]
